This course is designed for beginners who want to explore the ocean safely and intentionally. You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, control your breath, equalize pressure, and dive confidently to depths of up to twenty meters.

We’ll cover breathing techniques, relaxation, safety protocols, and the foundations of freediving physics and physiology, all taught with patience, presence, and purpose.

TECHNICAL DEPTH 1

WHERE DEPTH DEMANDS DISCIPLINE

This course is designed for freedivers ready to deepen their practice with more refined technique and greater control. You’ll learn how to train your body and mind for deeper dives, hold your breath for over two and a half minutes, and develop advanced skills like more precise Frenzel equalization and streamlined movement.

We’ll introduce efficient finning, an intro to monofin technique, and strategies to optimize your dive response. By the end of this course, you’ll have the tools and confidence to freedive comfortably to depths of twenty-four to thirty meters, with a deeper understanding of how to train safely and effectively.
